  • The CRM setup is free. HubSpot itself has a free tier we'll use on Day 1, and you can stay on it as long as you want. If you choose to upgrade to a paid HubSpot tier later, we can help or you can pay HubSpot directly. We never bill you for the free setup.

  • There isn't one. We can only deliver so many of these ourselves, which is why we cap intake. Some of you will hire us for a bigger system after you use it. That's how we make money. The rest of you keep your free CRM and tell your friends.


  • We've systematized every step. Branded HubSpot setup, data import, pipeline configuration, automation, dashboard, web form, templates. These are repeatable processes we are familiar with to deliver in a timely manner.

  • If you're under $250K, brand new, or solo, the Free Setup isn't the right fit yet. You can reach out and ask for a DIY guide instead. Same playbook, you do the building. We'll re-check qualification every so often days as your business grows.

  • For the Free Setup, yes. HubSpot is the platform we know cold and the one we can deliver in 7 days. If you're in certain industries with custom CRMs for your business, HubSpot isn't your best fit and we'll point you toward the right platform instead of forcing it.

  • You own your HubSpot account. You own your data. You use the system. We support you for 30 days via email. On Day 30 we send one pitch for our paid implementation, and you say yes or no. Either answer is fine but we’ll be here if you need more services.
